#NTS #CAST Can you imagine a seven year old
boy destroying your saintly? Below we sit in a complex that we've occupied for four years. a boy with ADHD hates me because I have asked him to stop stomping above me. now it's his hobby. Now I get to spend my days recording him. We are the victim s and we are told we should move into a retirement home because we are prejudice against kids. that is not me at all. my husband is a lot older than me. I do not want to move in to an old folks home. That's sounds like such a blow. I have to wear shooting gun earphones while I sleep. They are hudge. Even the mother had said we should move there! why should we have to move? All my critters are here..so we are fighting back. The boy has an obsession with making my life horrible. his disorder should be taken care of. not asking us to move. fight fight fight. pray for us please. I have birds geese squirrels and turtles. I will miss my pets. lol The end

- musicishealing7if all else fails use the end of a mop or broom and hit the ceiling with it a few times and rock the place with your music so they can get a feeling what you are going through. I cannot believe you have to wear gun muffle headphones at night to sleep. that is unconscionable and beyond a violation of after hours quiet rule. ok, remember paper trail and go above leasing office and find out the corporate headquarters office and write them stating what's been going on with dates, times you went to crappy leasing office with no help or understanding..make darned sure you say..they said move to a retirement home...you don't get more biased than that. everyone has a legal right of peace and quiet wherever they reside. Good Luck and I will send positive prayer your way. oh, and no you shouldn't have to move away from your critter family...don't ket them push you out. oh, one last thought can you c h.g eck with any other neighbors if there being affected by monster boy? if not still it's you and your RIGHT to peaceful enjoyment where you reside. ok I'm sorry i rambled on..just trying to come up with a few solution. 🤔🙄😔😬🤯

I would document everything in writing. I'm pretty sure each state has a noise ordinance law..that might be worth checking out. I know most leases have a clause, people have a right to, and should be ensured of an environment free from excessive noise that may jeopardize their health, safety, or welfare. it sounds like you are being violated your "quiet enjoyment of ones property". There are noise & nuisance regulations and anti discrimination rules that effect landlords and tenants. You can file a complaint w/the Rental Protection Agency (RPA) to enforce your rights. try I think its www.RPAUSA.com it sounds like they are siding with the neighbors & to say to move to a retirement home is BEYOND discrimination. So check out local noise ordinance in your area. whatever you do start a paper trail.
