"Elijah The Great" was born in Sacramento, CA and was raised in Rio Linda. Elijah's father Anthony gave him a little taste of rap at an early age, he loved it so much and despite the hard life he had he stayed away from drugs and violence. When Elijah was 8 years old they began moving house to house trying to find a place to stay. Eventually Elijah's grandma Sue gave them a place to live and that's when Elijah started his journey. It all started with him going in his backyard mumbling lyrics, but over time he became very good at it. None of his friends knew he rapped, not even his own family. Elijah now resides in a city called Norwood, where he records raps. Elijah likes to put a message in his raps, even if you cannot find it there is a meaning behind it no matter what.
