it has been awhile for me considering I used to sing just about every day. I think I went almost a month, did a couple songs, waited again a couple of weeks and did another. I had to put my energy another places because I have to nurture the relationships that I have in my life. and I sing I pretty much shut everybody out. especially when it's everyday everyday lol
